Tamworth upper floor independent accommodation

For a relaxing place to stay while away for work or leisure, please consider staying with us. The top floor of our house has been refurbished into a separate, independent accommodation with a bedroom with a memory foam double mattress, lounge area (with tv, coffee machine, mini fridge and tea making facilities and a sofa) and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. For longer stays, a laundry service is available for a nominal fee. Many places of interest are an hour or less away from us. The space Our house is a semi detached house in a quiet and safe neighbourhood of Tamworth. The countryside is only a few minutes walk away and car access to the M42 is only a matter of a few minutes. The accommodation for guests is the whole of the top floor of the house which includes a bedroom with a memory foam mattress, tea/coffee making facilities, table with chairs. Wifi access is included. Only the front door to the house is shared with guests. There is usually a space on our drive for guest car parking. The bathroom is private for the sole use of guests. There are many reasons to stay here for business and leisure. Birmingham Airport and the NEC are approximately 30 minutes away. In the area we have attractions such as Tamworth Castle, Snowdome, Drayton Manor Theme Park, Kingsbury Water Park and Lichfield with its wonderful cathedral. Birmingham itself is approximately 20 minutes by train. Tamworth has 2 trains stations (Tamworth and Wilnecote). There are eating facilities nearby including Starbucks, Greggs, Subway, McDonalds, Costa Coffee, Planters Garden Centre and Morrisons Cafe. In the area are numerous pubs and restaurants for an evening meal and we'd be happy to make some suggestions when you arrive. Guest access The guest accommodation and facilities are located upstairs and separate from the host accommodation (no shared facilities between guests and hosts). The front door to the house is shared with guests. Entrance to the accommodation is with a key. Please indicate an ETA for key pick up. During your stay Guests are able to knock on the downstairs door or phone us if we are not in the house. We do welcome advance notice about arrival times etc. In most cases we can flexible regarding key pick up. Other things to note Unfortunately we don't allow pets (other than service dogs) and smoking/ vaping is prohibited. We kindly ask guests to observe a quiet time after 10.30pm as the downstairs is still our home where we live and sleep.
