Guests will have full and private access to the entire house for the duration of their stay. Please note that this is a standalone residential home and does not include access to shared facilities such as a pool or gym, as these are not available on the property. Other things to note No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed on the property. If you smoke, please do so outside. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies. Strictly no unregistered guests during your stay. Please input actual guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking. Quiet Hours: No noise, music, or moving furniture from 9 pm to 7 am. On Tuesday nights, pull the council bins out to the nature strip kerbside for the weekly collection. All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out. Please turn off the air-conditioner/heater and lights when you go out. Respect for Neighbors: Guests are expected to respect neighbors at all times. Property Cleanliness: Guests must keep the property clean, and extra cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess. No Parties or Events: Strictly no parties or events allowed at any time. No Illegal Activities: No engagement in illegal activities on the property, including a strict no drug use policy. Early check-in/ late check-out may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied . Smoke Alarms: Tampering with smoke alarms may result in fines up to $10,000. Damage Reporting: Guests are required to report any breakage or damage promptly. Pest Prevention: Guests are urged not to leave food out to prevent attracting pests. Noise Restrictions: No noise, loud music, screaming, or loud talking inside or outside at any time. Security Deposit and ID: The host reserves the right to request a security deposit and/or a copy of photo ID. Parking Disclaimer: Parking on the property is at the guest's own risk. Furniture should not be moved around the house and utensils, crockery etc. not to be removed from the premises. You will be liable for any damage caused from the moving of furniture and penalty charged accordingly Consequences for Breach: Any breach of these rules may result in the loss of the deposit and immediate cancellation of the booking. The rules are designed to ensure a peaceful stay, maintain the property's condition, and comply with legal and safety standards. Guests are expected to exercise common decency and respect for others' property. Pet Rules We trust you will help us maintain the quality of the property for yourself and future guests by following these below PET GUIDELINES. Charges & immediate vacation may be incurred should these guidelines not be followed. A pet fee will be applied for any pets brought to the property. WELL BEHAVED DOGS ARE MOST WELCOME, HOWEVER, * Dogs are most welcome in the floored areas. Please do not allow your dog into any carpeted areas or on rugs. * Dogs are strictly prohibited from entering the house unattended, wet or dirty. * We ask that dogs which shed heavily remain in the yard as much as possible. Please remove any traces of dog hair from carpets or rugs etc. before vacating the property. * Under NO circumstances is your dog to be left inside the property while you are away. They may stay in the enclosed rear yard but NEVER in the house. Even the most well-behaved dogs have become destructive or distressed in unfamiliar surrounds. * Please, do not allow your dog to bark, if we receive complaints from neighbours you will be required to stay with your dog at all times or take your dog home if it cannot be controlled. We are under strict instruction from local council and do not want to upset neighbours. * Dogs are strictly prohibited from using the bedding or furniture. Please bring your own bedding or mat and equipment - bowl, lead etc. * Dogs are not allowed on any couches or beds at any time. * If our cleaners need to clean up after your pets, excess cleaning fees will need to be passed on to you – this may include replacement of linen if it is found your pets have been inside on any beds, and any extra furniture treatments necessary, so please allow the extra time to tidy up well before you leave and ensure they stay off furnishings & beds during your stay. * A dry-cleaning charge may apply if dog hair needs to be removed from bedding or upholstery. * If holes are found in window or door screens from dogs scratching you will need to cover replacement of the screens. To maintain the quality of the property for yourself and future guests, please follow these PET GUIDELINES, charges may be incurred should these guidelines not be followed. • Only well-trained and well-behaved pet is allowed. • Pet is not allowed on furniture or bedding at any time. Please bring your own bedding or mat and equipment such as bowls, crate, pet beds and leads, etc. If it is found your pet has been use any furnishings, beds or upholstery, excess cleaning fees and/or replacement of any linen fees will be applied. • Keep your pet out of carpeted areas and off rugs. • Ensure that your pet does not scratch doors, screens, or other surfaces. Any damage caused will incur replacement charges. • Pets should not be left unattended in the unit and should not enter the unit wet or dirty. • Clean up after your pet in the garden to ensure a pleasant experience for housekeepers and future guests.
