Strict NON-SMOKING, NO PET policy in respect to the host and guests (with allergies) Use the lock box with a code that changes with each guest and is in between the front and storm door. Entire 5-room, apartment on First Floor and Front Porch is for guest use and they may use laundry facilities in the basement. I love meeting and visiting with folks from all over the U.S. and world. I also respect guests' privacy as it is their time and space. I am happy to visit when asked. I still practice law full-time, am home early mornings and evenings and always, accessible by telephone. The neighborhood is quiet working class a few blocks from a grade school. It was settled after WWII by factory and city workers who have mostly died off but there is vital regentrification with a new school so close and affordable housing for working class folks. I have lived here for 35 years and am very comfortable with my neighbors. There is public transportation within 2 blocks of my house. On and off street parking.
