The house is surrounded by lots of greenery, which is very exclusive for a house just 15 minutes (by bike) from the central station. The house is newly built in 2021, so equipped with all modern standards. Well insulated, well ventilated. The house can accommodate two adults and a child (0-2 years) The space Chique entree, cosy hall and then a spacious living with giant sofa. The living is at Dijk level (a dijk is a typical Dutch thing, it's an elevated piece which protects the land from flooding). There is a balustrade and from there you have the big kitchen underneath.
