Lovely BIG♥Home/Private rooms w/private restroom!!

We are in a beautiful residential neighborhood, just 4 blocks from the UNC. We are surrounded by a lot of greenery and we are very close to everything. The house is impressive, warm and especially very comfortable. I live on the top floor, I have a separate entrance. So the house belongs to those who live there, I am only available in case someone needs me. The idea is that those who stay in the house feel at home and are happy! The space The room has a brand new double bed, is very bright and has access to the garden. Wooden floor and private bathroom in front of the room (with key, sink, mirror and a cabinet to store towels, etc).
