For an additonal fee of $50 per night the second bedroom can be opened. Please note, for an occupancy of 2, this extra fee will not be reflected in the airbnb reservation pricing and must be paid after booking. For an occupancy over 2, there will be an additional fee of $50 per person per night and the second bedroom will also become available. As long as the occupancy (of 3 or 4) is correct on the reservation request, the price should already reflect this extra charge. Early check-in / late check-out is sometimes available for an additional fee - inquire with host.
