A peaceful and well located self contained apartment. Situated over the owners’ home, with your own lockable entrance and off street parking. (Tesla charging available at additional cost). Decorated to a high standard with a light and modern quality. Homely accommodation for two people with a comfy king bed. Lounge area with sofa bed, fast Wi-Fi, Smart Sky TV you can log into your own Netflix/Prime. Small dining area in well equipped kitchenette with newly renovated and spacious shower room The space The apartment is above the house and has smart lock at the front door with key card access from a lock box and then a lockable entrance to your space. There is one flight of stairs which take you to the landing area, where the cosy rooms are all accessible. The lounge has a smart TV with Sky and a sofa bed which sleeps two. If you let us know that it’s required in advance of your stay, we can ensure sofa bed bedding is ready for your arrival. The kitchenette is open plan to the lounge and has a microwave and induction hot plate hob (portable plug in) for any meals you may want to rustle up, with plenty of utensils on hand. There is a very comfortable king bed and make up area for those nights out when you need to look your best! The bathroom has a large walk in shower with a rainfall head and a soft sensor nightlight which comes on to save you having to turn on bright lights if you use the bathroom during the night. Guest access Access to the driveway, shared entrance hallway into your private stairs, landing space, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. There is a lockable door at the bottom of the stairs where you then head up onto the landing. All of this is your private space. Other things to note The house is located in a quiet area which is less than a 20 minute walk from Wivelsfield train station. The train station is on a direct line which is 15 minutes from Brighton or in the other direction, it is 20 minutes to Gatwick Airport and 50 minutes to London Victoria, London Bridge, or an hour to London St Pancras International. If you’re driving, we are 10 minutes from Ditchling Beacon and the South Downs for lovely walks or bike rides. There are numerous villages to explore like Hassocks, Horsham and Lindfield to name a few, with lovely independent shops and places to eat.
