Primary en-suite is on the other side of the chill out loft. Primary room has a king bed and bathroom has a shower, soaking tub, double vanity. Downstairs is one easily accessible bedroom that doubles as an office with queen murphy bed, so you can easily fold it up for zoom calls. Downstairs is also where the living area which allows for the rare indoor/outdoor living. Living room boasts vaulted ceilings 2 stories high with windows adoring the whole wall. It has a soaring gas fireplace, sectional sofa, wide oak plank floors. Kitchen is open to living and it has French country vibes with Italian zebra marble counters, concealed appliances. Dining room is attached, and it organically draws everyone to it with the long skinny table that seats 10. There is one bathroom with Italian porcelain tile, tub/shower, one sink downstairs and 2 pantries. Garage is a 2 car garage. Driveway and garage are the only parking places and county will issue hefty fines for street parking, so judge accordingly how many cars can fit. 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway if not big vehicles. Guest access Whole house and fenced yard. House is fully equipped for your convenience with towels, bedding, cooking requisites, but please bring whatever you know you can't live without. Outside does have video surveillance. Other things to note This bright and airy home is truly so inviting, you will never want to leave. It gets ample sunshine. It has 2 covered porches which are divine for listening to the rain or sipping morning coffee. This home is an entertainer's dream! Gnome trail starts at the end of the street and follows Blackwood creek for miles into Blackwood canyon. You can enjoy a book next to a creek or enjoy multitude of activities right out the door. Homewood ski resort is 5 min drive. Palisades is about 10-15min drive. Northstar about 40 min. Beach is just a couple of blocks stroll. Fleur de Lac is an estate next to the beach where the Godfather 2 was filmed. Arguably the best breakfast and lunch restaurant in Tahoe, Firesign, is about a mile down a level bike path. For the best view of the lake head to Eagle Rock in the neighborhood. Walk from the house and a short hike. The house is is so airy and whimsical because of the finishes that are somewhat sensitive and require care.
