Acres of lawn, outside seating, Hot tub, BBQ & garden games Perfect for Families and friends to make lasting memories at this unique and family-friendly estate. The space Mapperton house is a stunning eighteenth century Country house located within a private walled garden with extensive grounds, boasting one of England's oldest Wisteria. An eclectic mix of minimalism, modern art and antiques creates a truly unique vibe. The large open plan kitchen has a sociable feasting table , electric Aga, pantry , American style fridge and all the amenities you need for the perfect weekend. Past the Pantry you come to the Cinema room and games room- the perfect places to have some fun, chill or for the kids to go! Also benefiting from a large antique style dining room just off the kitchen for the more sophisticated mealtimes/Dinner parties. (Both the feasting table and dining table seat 12 so your whole group can sit together) Huge and elegant sitting room with large comfy sofas, open fireplace and French doors leading onto the walled garden and courtyard give you a more tranquil option for relaxing and socializing. Six large and airy bedrooms, four of which are en suite, comfortably hosting up to 12 guests. Four bedrooms (en suite) located on the first floor and two bedrooms with one large bathroom located on the second floor. In designing the outside, we wanted to make sure that once you arrive at Mapperton house you don't need to leave! Wood fired Spa Hot Tub, al fresco dining, BBQ, Large firepit, huge grounds (large enough to play football, cricket, rounders), plenty of garden games and our own vegetable and herb garden that our guests are welcome to visit and pick any produce they wish. Gated entrance with plenty of parking and an electric charging point under a designated car port. The house is only a few minutes drive from Almer Church and Almer Manor, perfect if you are attending a Wedding there and just over the hill from the lovely Worlds End Pub. We are also fortunate enough to have access to lots of lovely country walks within the area and are only located 20 minutes from the stunning Jurassic Coast. Guest access Guests have exclusive use to all the grounds. It is a totally private Estate. Other things to note EXTRA GUESTS As the rooms are quite large we do allow for blow up mattresses to be brought to the house to allow for extra guests to be accommodated. Please speak to us for further information HOT TUB We have a Brand New Wood Fired Hot tub with Jets that heats in 2-3 hours. VEGETABLE & HERB GARDEN Baskets provided so you can walk around our vegetable and her garden and pick your own!
