Entry to the home includes 5 steps; this home is not handicap accessible. Guest access Guests have access to the home, yard, driveway etc. No access to the garage or rental on the back of the garage. Other things to note Our home is just a short walk from a boat tie-up on the intracoastal waterway, making it easy to launch your adventures on the water. Whether you’re bringing your own boat or planning to explore by kayak, you’ll love the free access to kayaks available for your use. There is a free boat launch within a 1/2 a mile .
