SECOND FLOOR PRIVATE 2 BEDROOM SUITE- No kitchen ( fridge , microwave , griddle only). No living room. You are renting the upstairs of our house, it is closed off from the downstairs. You have your own private suite with a private entrance. 2 bedrooms, 3 beds. Near boarding schools, 2 miles to Kent center, 2 miles to Kent falls, 11 miles to train station, 9 miles to Mohawk ski area. Bedroom 1: queen bed & small single pull-out couch, best suited for a small individual. Bedroom 2: King bed The space Two bedrooms on second floor. Open area dining space. No living room, but couches in both bedrooms. Small workspace in downstairs nook, desks in both bedrooms as well. Guest access Access to pool and outdoor dining when in season Other things to note Age & Responsible Booking Policy • Primary guest must be 25+ and staying at the property for the full reservation. • Government-issued ID may be requested to verify age and identity. • No parties, events, or large gatherings. • Quiet hours must be respected.
