Guest suite in Santaquin

The Alder Abode was designed and decorated by our family to welcome your family! Conveniently located near the mouth of the canyon, beautiful orchards, freeway entrance, and Rowley's Red Barn! The space Property is a basement apartment recently finished. Access is around the left (east) side of the house down the concrete staircase. Backyard is not finished yet but a park (grass field and playground) is across the street. Guest access The entire basement is free to use besides two rooms which are locked for storage space. There are two folding beds stored in the furnace room that can be used to sleep additional people. Extra sheets can be found in the linen closet.
