Centrally located ; easy access to the rest of the Gold Coast and its amazing beaches by walking or tram . secure apartment unit . Free parking on the street ; this maybe limited. The space All common spaces are shared you have access to washing machine, all kitchen facilities and outdoor large balcony area and your own bathroom (not ensuite). I’m Not home a lot due to work so the space would be yours for a lot of the time . I’m Always reachable by phone or message at any time Other things to note The bedroom does not have a lock on . None of the internal doors have locks on There is no WiFi available at the property. I have a puppy , she remains outside and is cage trained unless I am at home and sleeps in my room . She is very friendly. But please be mindful of you have an allergy to dogs
