Additionally, Walmart, Target, Ross, and Kohls, along with various shops, are also located along FM 544, within a 5-7 minute drive. There is a gas station with affordable prices just 3 minutes away at Murphy USA. The next closest shopping center, Firewheel Mall, is 10 minutes away. The space The house is spacious and furnished with four bedrooms and smart TVs with Netflix in every room. The split AC unit inside the room has both hot and cold functions. There are two living rooms. The kitchen comes with bowls, plates, utensils, and pans. There are 4 big bathrooms, renovated with walk-in showers and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The laundry room will have detergent and dryer sheets for you to use. Guest access Provide a clear instruction of house rule. Provide a reachable contact to answer questions and ensure a pleasant stay for guests. Thorough inspection of acceptable cleanliness and health related issues prior to guests arrival. Other things to note We love our home and expect our guests to do the same. The wood floors are delicate so please don’t bring drinks in those areas. If there is a spill please wipe it away immediately as wood is very delicate. Please help to keep the house clean during your stay and when you leave, trash bin is on the right side of the house.
