Luxury guest suite/apartment with private front entrance and own garage, bus to city, 7 minutes by bike on the dedicated bike path to the Adelaide City to Bay tram line. Full kitchen and large bedroom with comfortable Queen bed, spacious for 1 and ideal for 2 but accommodates a maximum of 4. Private covered outdoor entertaining with BBQ facilities and shared solar-heated pool. Nearby supermarket, restaurants (Morphett Arms Hotel), fish & chips and Strappers Cafe. The space The guest suite/apartment is self-contained and has its own private entrance at the front of the house and garage. There is a full-sized kitchen with gas cooktops, BBQ grill, fridge, plenty of kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. The kitchen incorporates a breakfast bar and bar stools; there is everything you need to cook and ample space in the pantry and fridge. Entertainment includes a collection of books, record player and records and an assortment of board games. There is TV, aircon and lots of storage space in the bedroom making it a luxurious space for a single or a couple, but can accommodate a maximum of 4 with a single bed and single floor mattress. The bathroom / laundry has a front loading washing machine. There is a private clothesline outside and private undercover outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and speakers. You have access to the shared in-ground solar heated pool. It's perfect weather for a swim! There is an oval and playground adjacent the house and tennis courts, and walking distance to IGA, providing plenty of opportunity to get some fresh air and exercise without having to go too far. Bikes are available and a bike path is nearby. And don't forget the beach is about 10mins away - both Brighton or Glenelg are great spots to visit and get an ice-cream.
