A beautiful and modern family house to rest

Relax with family and friends in this beautiful 2-story home. The elegant and modern decor will make you feel at home. It has pleasant spaces for the rest of a whole family as it has 1 and a half bathrooms, as well as 3 bedrooms with mini-split (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor) and a small patio. Just a few meters away are food shops, a pharmacy, and an Oxxo store. It is very close to Veracruz airport, as well as fun areas. The space The house has 2 levels. On the first level, there is the living and dining room (the dining room only has 6 chairs), the kitchen that has complete dishes, a coffee maker, a blender and a set of pans, a half bathroom, the patio that includes a laundry area and a bedroom that has 1 bunk bed with 2 double beds. Only the bedroom on the ground floor has a mini-split. In the living/dining room there is a ceiling fan and a floor fan. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each bedroom with a mini-split and a double bed. Only the master bedroom has a second TV (apart from the one in the living room). Both TVs only have streaming service, i.e., YouTube, Netflix, etc. You just have to add your streaming accounts. There is also a full bathroom upstairs and an area where you can put clothes or leave your luggage. The kitchen has complete crockery and cooking utensils. In addition, there is coffee, sugar, and coffee cream, which you can use to prepare a rich Veracruz coffee. Salt is also provided in the kitchen.
