Classic Cottage on Mercer Lake

Experience a traditional “Up North” vacation at Heritage Hideaway. Our family cottage is your vacation destination. This 2 Bed -1 Bath property is located on Mercer Lake, 1.5 miles from the public boat launch. Bring your personal watercraft and moor them at our dock. Make s’mores at the fire pit or relax on the lakeside deck. Iron County has over 450 miles of motorized trails for you to explore. Ski or hike MECCA Trails, just 1.7 miles away. Come and play in Mercer. We can't wait to host you! The space Our cottage has 2 bedrooms, each with two twin beds. The bathroom is a full 4 piece bathroom. Linens are included throughout. The eat-in kitchen has a full size refrigerator, gas stove, dishes, silverware, and utensils, as well as basic cooking spices. There is parking for 2 vehicles, comfortably. Winter driving is best with AWD, depending on conditions. In warmer months, relax in the screen porch or on the deck. You can also enjoy a sturdy dock for fishing or watching the sunset. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire cottage and property. Other things to note The Iron County Health Department has rated us for six guests. We have four twin beds and a queen size blowup mattress. Four guests are probably best, depending on your needs and willingness to use the blowup mattress.
