I am located on a quiet one-way street with no through traffic, allowing you to enjoy complete silence and seclusion. Despite my remote location, you are not cut off from the world. A 1.7-kilometer private road leads to me – no neighbors, no traffic, just spectacular views and the peace of nature. For larger groups, another holiday home is available 600 meters away – far enough to preserve your privacy. After a day full of exploration on the nearby hiking trails, you’ll return to my cozy interior. The wood-burning stove creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the underfloor heating keeps the cold outside. In the modern kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals while the scent of freshly baked bread fills the air. The Amazon Fire Stick on the TV offers a wide range of entertainment: whether you want to stream movies, binge-watch series, or just relax – it’s all possible. My fast 4G Wi-Fi connection ensures you’re always online. I offer space for up to six guests. Two stylish bedrooms – one with a spacious 200 cm bed, the other with a 180 cm bed – and a comfortable sofa bed in the guest room offer everyone a cozy place to rest. Entertainment is fully covered: flat-screen TVs in the living room and guest room, a PS4, Amazon Fire TV Sticks, and Bluetooth speakers in the living/dining area and bathroom leave nothing to be desired. There’s plenty of parking directly in front of the house. A washing machine and dryer are also available, so you don’t need to worry about a thing. In just 15 minutes, you can reach the town, with doctors, hospital, shopping mall, train station, and everything else you might need. Several supermarkets nearby make shopping convenient and easy. And the best part: Children up to and including 12 years stay with us for free!
