Ideal for adventurous couples, honeymooners, and nature lovers seeking privacy. Taxi pickup can be arranged; no car required. The space Designed for natural comfort in a tropical climate, the cabin stays fresh and airy through shade, ocean breezes, and open cross-ventilation. Highlights: • Concrete bathtub with hot and cold water. • High-quality mattress and bedding. • Superfast Starlink Internet • Roof fan and large screened windows • Fire pit with charcoal for BBQ • Fresh herb garden • Seasonal fruits: avocado, mango, citrus, bananas+ Kitchen: • 4-Burner stove • Compact refrigerator (80 liters) • French press, Pour-over, Bialetti Moka Express • Essential cookware and utensils • Cooking basics (oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea) • Unlimited filtered drinking water (RO system) Nature & Wildlife: Guests often spot endemic finches, owls, hawks, mockingbirds, herons, ducks, wild chickens, and more — right on the property. Climate: Located high on a mountain ridge, the cabin enjoys cool nighttime temperatures: • May–December: ~16–22 °C (61–72 °F) • January–April: ~23–28 °C (73–82 °F) Possibly one of the most sustainable retreats in the Galápagos, the cabin operates entirely off-grid using solar energy. Rainwater is collected and filtered for use, while wastewater is naturally treated on-site and nourishes the surrounding fruit trees. The structure is built from invasive wood species like Cedrela, giving new purpose to materials that would otherwise threaten native habitats. Have questions or special requests? Send us a message — we’re always happy to help. Guest access Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire 2.5-acre (10,000 m²) property with complete privacy. The cabin is the only guest accommodation on the land. You’re welcome to explore the open spaces and walking paths that wind through fruit trees and areas of natural endemic forest, including giant guayabillo trees. Other things to note The cabin is off-grid and designed for low-impact living; electricity and water are reliable but should be used mindfully.
