And you will have access to your own barbecue pit and fire pit with chairs and a picnic table, in a spacious designated area located at the bottom of the stairs Other things to note Please note that this is a two family home with two separate rentals . The first floor of this home is a separate rental. It is listed on AirBnB under welcome to Oneida Lake retreat. It may be booked together when available for additional charges and applicable fees. There is a exterior security camera installed above the entry door and in the parking area , for our guests safety and security. For reservations that are 10 to 28 days guests will be charged an additional $50 every seven days for extra housekeeping services that include weekly trash/recycling removal, extra maintenance, clean towels, clean bed linens, extra toiletries and home essentials. We provide a complementary free Sylvan Beach seasonal parking pass for our guests to use during their stay, please return it before check-out to avoid replacement costs. This rental cannot accommodate pets so please note that there are no pets allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the rental, but there will be an ashtray available for guests that smoke Outside on the deck so please don’t throw cigarette butts on the ground.
