Amazing views in Fjerdingby!

Interested in nature? Birdwatching? Do you appreciate views, light and clean air? Then this is the place for you! Only 36 minutes by public transport from Oslo city center and 7 minutes by bus from Lillestrøm city center you will find this gem of a home in green surroundings at Fjerdingby. Overlooking the nature reserve and only 11 minutes by car or 27 minutes by bike to Nordre Øyeren bird station, this is a perfect place for those interested in bird and wildlife. All amenities! Free parking! The space The detached house is located undisturbed in sloping terrain, which gives beautiful views from both floors. The house has a large terrace on the ground floor and a beautiful balcony on the second floor with two large terraces with morning and mid-morning sun. You can move around the house following the sun throughout the day, and in the afternoon you can enjoy the last rays of the sun from the undisturbed patio next to the entrance. Both the outside and the inside of the house are characterized by various green plants, as I am interested in growing various plants, vegetables and flowers. From the spacious hallway you have direct access to two of the bedrooms and kitchen/living room with balcony. The first bedroom has a single bed, and direct access to one of the two toilets in the house. The second bedroom has two beds, large windows with beautiful views and lots of light and air. The living room/kitchen has all amenities, with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, sofa and armchairs. Large windows with many plants, lots of light and direct access to the balcony, make this a place to enjoy and relax. In addition to good electric heating, the living room also has a wood-fired stove centrally located in the room. Here you can enjoy the silence and the crackling of the flames on late autumn and winter evenings. Straight ahead from the hallway you will find the stairs leading down to the floor below. Here you will find the third bedroom, with a single bed and a large window with a lovely view, and a desk. A little further in you will find a fully equipped bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Inside you will also find a private laundry room. The last room is decorated as a table tennis room! Maybe a good opportunity to create a table tennis tournament with family or friends? The accommodation has free parking space, and free rental of a bicycle. In addition, you can borrow an inflatable canoe!
