The property also has its own hillside escape with amazing views where you can enjoy a book, or a drink. Inside the studio is a desk for work, washer/dryer, and a cozy bed. The space Enjoy the serenity of this tucked away LA hilltop oasis with the comfort of two upper decks, a hammock, an table and chairs to enjoy gourmet coffee or tea. The property is just off the freeway making it extremely convenient to get all over Los Angeles with just a short drive. Though it isn't far from the freeway it is still tranquil, quiet, and a perfect place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of LA. Complete with a full kitchen, bathroom, and workspace area. Please note this is an entirely private unit with a private entrance. No shared indoor common spaces. The only part shared are the two upper decks in the back that are very seldom in use at the same time. Pets are okay, and there's even a little relief area for them for your convenience. We also have lemon trees on the property, feel free to pick a few fresh lemons! There is a large park with a public swimming pool, basketball courts, workout area, tennis court, baseball field, playground, and open fields too just a short walk away. Guest access You are welcome to use the upper deck oasis, and the back patio with the table and chairs that is right outside the unit. The front patio is private for a different unit. Other things to note There are great restaurants, a laundromat, and a great park with basketball hoops just down the street!
