There is a huge fire risk here. For the comfort of others, the smell is offensive. You have your Own room and bathroom and toilet. A huge living/games room / bar with tea coffee fridge. A microwave is there for your convenience. No cooking facilites other than that. Access to outside verandah and outdoor dining space and views galore. Garden to enjoy. No cooking. No smoking. Occasionally there may be other guests who are sleeping far enough away and we will respect each others privacy. It’s a huge area with private sitting spaces and garden, for private conversations and warm atmosphere. During your stay There is a slight possibility of other guests. Privacy is assured and rarely we see our guests unless they would like interaction. We are here if needed but are in a different side and upstairs of the house. Plenty of space between guests.
