Females Only. Quiet, clean, tidy & relaxing home. You will be sharing the facilities with myself, Shell and one other Airbnb guest (Female). 1 min walk to bus stop to Stirling train station or Scarborough beach - Bus leaves every 20 mins 10 min walk to other bus stop to Glendahough train station and to Scarborough beach leaves every 10 mins. 1 min walk to IGA supermarket, or 20 min walk to Karrinyup Mall - Coles, Woolworths, ALDI and many other shops The property is self-entry with you own key. The space The room is upstairs where a separate shared bathroom and separate shared toilet and 2 other bedrooms are located. We do Airbnb to one other female guest in the 2nd bedroom, it may or may not be filled also. We are in the 3rd bedroom. We are 2x female owners of the property and as there is shared spaces, we prefer females only to stay at this property. There are locks on all guests' doors. Guest access Guests can use all outdoor furniture to relax or if you have some work to do or shopping on your laptop then the internet works outside the house also. Relax and shop at the same time :) If you have a car you can park your car on the street outside the property. It is a quiet safe street so no issues with parking here. For the shared bathroom, this will be locked from 5:30am to 6am Monday to Friday as both Shell and I need to get ready for work, you will need to go in before or after these times please During your stay I do work from home full time so I am here to help you with anything that you may need help with. You are free to join us watching tv/movies at nighttime or you can stay in your room. There is a little IGA supermarket on Sackville road, turn left out the driveway, turn right onto Sackville and walk one minute.
