The house, with a private pool, air conditioning and ocean views, is ideal for families and friends who want to live a unique experience in a place as privileged as this. The space This large house, with capacity for 12 people, is located on the Los Álamos promenade, Torremolinos, with direct access to it from the property. It has a private pool and the beach is right in front of the house. The house offers a very cozy feeling and thanks to its diverse environments is ideal for families and friends. It consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen, a nice living/dining room, a beautiful glazed terrace overlooking the ocean, and four bedrooms. The master suite sleeps 4 thanks to its queen size bed and sofa bed for 2. It is a family room, with ocean views, TV, a large closet, safe and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and a large closet. The third bedroom has two single beds and a large closet. In addition, on the main floor there is a small bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for the youngest to sleep. In the main living room there is also a sofa bed for two. The house has two full bathrooms upstairs, one with a bathtub, another with a shower and a toilet on the main floor. There is air conditioning in all rooms. Two adult bikes and one children's bike are also available for guests. As well as a private garage with direct access to the house inside, you can also easily park in the vicinity of the house. Guest access It is a semi-detached villa with direct access to the promenade. It has a private pool. It is a few minutes away by car from Malaga Airport, and the most important shopping area in the city, "Plaza Mayor".
