Welcome to The Knotty Oak! Three houses on one property for vacation/weddings/private events. Homestead is 4 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms Sugar Pine Cabin is 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms The Schoolhouse is 5 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms They're all available on Airbnb solo but we also do buyouts of all 3 homes to sleep up to 28 people (or so). There are 12 beds but we can also add twin beds in any house for a fee. We host weddings or your rehearsal dinner/farewell brunch if you're getting married elsewhere. The space Hi there! Welcome to The Knotty Oak! We have three gorgeous and very fun houses for vacations, weddings and private events. You can book a vacation rental through airbnb for all three houses or any of them individually. For events, weddings & retreats or parties we do those under a separate added contract with site fees. (Large group meals, offsites, parties, events or outside vendors are allowed only with an event contract and insurance. Contact us with your group details and we can discuss costs and insurance needs.) Each house is unique and filled with interesting and colorful decor. People have really been loving staying in them and enjoy discovering all the little touches and big surprises. Read our great reviews! Each one has gorgeous common spaces, modern bathrooms and a killer kitchen. There are great appliances in each, tons of wine glasses, fab cookware, lots of outdoor space and event sites. Just look up The Knotty Oak online for those details. We have 12 bedrooms total with 12 King, Queen or Double beds. We can also add some twin beds in any house for an added fee, just ask us. We love hosting events! Our property also encompasses part of gorgeous Indian Creek and our hand built log Redwood Amphitheater which holds easily 200+ people. We've got plenty of parking and love to help plan events. We accept dogs up to 40 pounds for $125 per pet. Please add that to your reservation. Guest access If you do a buyout of all three homes you have full run of the place! Parties, events, weddings or organized gatherings are done under separate contract and insurance is needed.
