The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. This secluded hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Some highlights include relaxing in our private hot tub watching the sun set, strolls along the banks of the Heathcote river, and afternoon gelato just around the corner. Your accomodation is fully fenced with private parking, hot tub and outdoor patio area. Nestled amongst the trees, private patio and hot tub for your relaxation. Spacious parking for 2 vehicles and level gated entry to front door City Centre is approx 7-10 mins drive oneNZ Stadium is 7 mins drive, or approx $15.00 Uber Guest access All areas are self contained and accessible for guests only. The driveway is concrete for ease of use and parking. The property is fenced and there are steps that can be used for access when walking from the property. Other things to note In principle, this house is suitable for three guests. However if you have an infant (0-2y) that you have sleeping in a cot they may stay free of charge. If you need to hire a port-a-cot, we can supply one of these for $20, which we will request as an additional payment through Airbnb should this apply to you. We have an EV charging point at our parking area. We do have a laundry set up in the shed below The Birds nest, just a washing machine dryer combo. Happy to show you that if you need it - we would just charge $10 per load ( it washes then automatically switches to drying, takes a few hours.) We look forward to having you all stay!
