Private fenced in backyard. Lots of character throughout! We do have a additional twin cot available to use as well. The space is limited, but it would work for a kiddo to have their own bed. Guest access Guests may not enter attic or basement. Other things to note We do own the neighboring property at this time and added swings to the existing playset. It’s a bit older, but kids are allowed to play on it with supervision. Guests can feel free to use it, but keep in mind, due to age of the playset, it may not take an adult’s weight.
