We’re always happy to chat and interact, but we’re just as happy to give you space if that’s what you prefer. If you need to reach us, we’re available through the Airbnb chat during office hours (9 AM - 5 PM). Outside of these hours, we’re still accessible, but responses may take a little longer. In case of an emergency, please call us directly using our phone number. Other things to note By default, we do not provide daily cleaning. However, for guests staying 7 days or more, a weekly cleaning is included in the price of the room. If you’d like additional cleaning during your stay, it is available upon request for an extra fee. Construction Notice There is an ongoing construction project next to the building. Most days, the work happens during regular hours, but there are occasions when it continues later into night. This is unfortunately outside of our control. We provide earplugs in the room for your comfort, and many guests are not bothered by the noise. However, if you are sensitive to construction sounds or prefer a completely quiet environment, this may not be the best fit for you. Our rates have been adjusted to reflect this situation, and we always prefer to be fully transparent so you know exactly what to expect before booking.
