Guest access CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM CHECK-OUT: 11:00 Noon Parking: Parking slot is 500 PHP/day. Our parking slots are not many, thus booking follows a ‘First-Come First-Served’ basis upon payment. Kindly confirm the availability of parking spaces after your booking. Oral reservations are not accepted. After payment, please send a screenshot for confirmation and provide vehicle details (would send sample). If our reserved spaces are full, we can assist in looking for parking slot from other property owners. Prices may exceed 500 PHP, depending on the owner’s terms. We try to find but not promise finding one :) Property also provide parking spaces, but no advance reservations. Fee structure: First 3 hours: 50 PHP, Additional hours: 20 PHP/hour, Overnight (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM):250 PHP. For further details, please check with the security office at the entrance. Pet(s): For pet, we welcome your pet🐶🐱. Each pet will charge P400 per pet per day. Dogs and Cats – maximum of two (2) per unit, each of this type of pet must be less than 25 lbs. each and less than 15” in height (when full-grown) standing on their feet. Please make sure that no furniture or any items in the unit are damaged or any small scratch. In case any damage does occur (though hopefully not), we kindly ask that you shoulder the cost based on the item's value. POOL USE: Dive into our fantastic pool area as you wish. Opening time 6am - 9pm. If you would like to swim from Monday to Wednesday, P200 per head directly pay at lobby. Kid under 3 is free. Thursday closed for cleaning. If you would like to swim from Friday to Sunday, and Holiday, please let us know the name list and pay in advance, better soon after your booking. No same-day reservations as PMO is closed on Sunday and Holiday. The payment is non-fundable. GYM: Guests booking AT LEAST ONE MONTH of stay (P500 monthly rate) can use gym. ADDITIONAL CLEANING For those booking 7 nights and up, we could FREE CHANGE of LINENS and TOWLES every week. (We don' t change for guests directly by default, if guests have request, please let us know one day in advance). If you have request of additional cleaning during your stay, there is an additional charge with P600 per time. ADDITIONAL GUEST: Only max of 6 is allowed inside the unit. Additional guest will be charged P400 per person per day. CLEANING FEE: Please note that we only charge a basic cleaning fee, which does not include trash removal or the treatment of severe stains such as bloodstains. Therefore, we kindly ask that you take all trash with you upon check-out, and PLACE garbage in garbage room, located on basement 1. If you are unable to do so, we can provide a trash disposal service for an additional specialized cleaning fee of 1,000 pesos in total. If any bloodstains or other severe stains are found in the room, additional cleaning fees will be charged based on the severity of the stains, with the specific amount determined on a case-by-case basis. Other things to note Maximum 6 pax. After Booking Instructions, please send us a screenshot of valid id's and estimated time of arrival. No ID No Entry. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the unit and use the building's amenities as the guards will have a master list of the guests who will stay. Please inform me if there are any changes in the number of guests that will be staying so there will be no problems with the guards. The condo's security is really strict, hope guests understand. The guards will also note the number of guests who will sleep over and any excess will be charged accordingly. - DO NOT SMOKE inside the unit, smoking area is on ASTRA ROOF DECK. Smoking in unit or on balcony would charge P6,000. - DO NOT HANG CLOTHS on balcony. Hanging cloths on balcony would charge P2,000. - DO NOT make noise and disturbance to residents.
