Charming brick house with indoor pool! House of 40 m2 independent of our home on our peaceful property (4 people max). The swimming pool is heated to 29 degrees from April to November 2nd. A stone's throw from all amenities: restaurants, shops, cinema, market (Wednesday morning). An ideal location for discovering Normandy: to visit the treasures of the region, whether for sports, cultural or family activities. The space Ideal for a stay with family or friends, the house can accommodate up to 4 people and offers you all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stopover. Relaxation and recreation: Enjoy moments of relaxation in our indoor pool heated to 29 degrees, every day from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. This is a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing! An ideal location for discovering Normandy: Our house is the perfect starting point for visiting the treasures of the region, whether for sports, cultural or family activities. Inside the house: On the ground floor: - A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, induction stove, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster). - Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. - A comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160 cm). - A cozy living/dining room. - Upstairs (mezzanine): - A bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), accessible by a steep staircase (may not be suitable for everyone). Outside: Relax on the small terrace with table and chairs.
