As part of Coosawattee River Resort you have access to a gym, outdoor & indoor pools, a game room, tennis, putting green & beautiful park right on the river. The space Ever watch the Tiny House shows and wonder what it's like? Here's your chance to find out! The cabin is 360 square feet and has everything you need. Enter in the living/kitchen area, pass through the bathroom and into the bedroom. Both bath doors can be closed to maintain privacy. The minisplit (HVAC unit) has both heat and a/c, and there’s an additional gas heater in the living area and an additional a/c in the bedroom, so you'll stay comfortable in all seasons. Perfect size for a couple, queen bed in the bedroom and the living area futon folds down to a bed, so can accommodate a child or two as well. It's quite private- you will rarely see a vehicle coming down the road. You'll find yourself truly relaxing in the beauty of our mountain woods. :) Guest access Coosawattee River Resort is a gated property. You'll be on the list for the security gate automatically when you book. We'll send you a code for the front door lock. The access pass that comes with the cabin gives you entry to all property amenities- river area, pools, gym and game room. You have access to the entire cabin, except for a small supply closet. Other things to note Work from home? Traveling nurse or contractor? Great WiFi allows you to work from the cabin easily and enjoy streaming on our 2 smart TVs. Fully equipped kitchen and the washer/dryer make longer stays comfortable. Ashlie and Jeff can stock groceries or firewood for a small service fee. Let us know if you’d like this service.
