The space The space This home is the perfect vacation getaway for families and friends, or for corporate gatherings and travel! This magnificent home has 3 floors filled with areas to entertain, relax or just pamper yourself. The main floor features an amazing Great Room with wall of windows and French doors looking out to the front yard and the backyard pool area. With plenty of seating available it is the perfect place to read, relax, play a game, or converse. The kitchen invites great conversation around a spacious island with seating for 6, as well as great culinary feats with an imported French Lacanche gas stove and a butler's pantry equipped with all that is needed to create an amazing meal. Two dishwashers allow for easy cleanup. In the early morning, you can cozy up to a good book or sip a hot coffee in the adjacent sitting area surrounded by bookshelves of vintage titles. The main floor hosts the master bedroom and bath with a walk in shower, a sauna, private toilet space, bathtub, vanity, and double sinks. Another bedroom and full bath (not ensuite) are also located on the main floor. The basement area features a wet bar with beverage fridge, pool table, pop-a-shot basketball, and 2 sets of custom built bunk beds. Sound barrier curtains separate the game room/bunk room from the movie theater where you can watch TV comfortably in the leather recliners. There is also a full bath and exercise room. Two bedrooms and a full bath are located on the 3rd floor. There are two dedicated work spaces available in the first floor queen bedroom and the second floor foyer. However there are many other places to sit and work including incredible outdoor spaces. A screened porch is attached on the main floor with an exit to the front porch and to the patio with fire pit. The screened porch not only offers another spacious table for dining with seating for 10, but also plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture. A perfect area to take in the peaceful sounds of nature and view the pond! The back patio offers the beautiful in ground salt water pool, numerous sun loungers, a hot tub, and a propane grill. The pond features a small dock on which to sit and relax or feed the fish. No swimming or fishing allowed! This home is in a peaceful rural setting on 18 acres surrounded by woods. Wildlife such as deer, turkey, and geese also call it home as well, and perhaps an early morning coffee out on one of the front porch rocking chairs might offer you a glimpse of some of these other tenants. We consider them on case by case basis. Any guests not part of the original reservation MUST be pre-approved. Firewood is provided for the outdoor fire pit only. The interior fireplaces (including fireplace on screened-in porch) are not to be used. All bedding and towels are provided. Beach towels are provided for use of the hot tub and pool. No swimming or fishing in the pond allowed! Please respect the property line markers posted in the woods.
