School Next The Church is an imaginative conversion of an old village school offering unique, spacious accommodation nestled in the beautiful village of Great Snoring. The pretty garden has wonderful flower beds, dotted with apple trees and a large lawn to be enjoyed in the summer months. The property is ideally situated for exploring many of the nearby areas including the beaches and coastal villages of beautiful North Norfolk. The space Through the imposing front door there is a large porch off which there is a large shower room, and then into the magnificent living area open up to the rafters with woodburning stove and comfy sitting area with three sofas, TV with freeview and DVD, iPod docking station and a selection of games for cosy evenings in in front of the large wood burner. There is a wonderful wooden kitchen with halogen hob, dishwasher, fridge and seperate freezer, that is separated from the dining area with wooden cupboards. The whole room has real WOW factor because it is so light and airy and beautifully furnished. There is an outhouse around 10 metres from the front door of the property that is used as a laundry and is home to a washing machine and tumble drier. Beyond the kitchen is the very large double bedroom with a TV and DVD and an ensuite bathroom with rain shower above the bath, again beautifully furnished. At the other end of the sitting room a metal spiral staircase leads up to a galleried area off which is a pretty bedroom, with a sink and zip and link beds making it ideal for families or two couples. Great Snoring is an ideal base from which to explore this part of North Norfolk and is placed very conveniently for Burnham Market, Holkham with its magnificent beach and spectacular hall, and all the special coastal villages from Brancaster to Blakeney.
