The space Everything is brand new in the house. My husband has done an overall remodel to make it comfortable for our guest. This was his childhood home. Feel free to use the entire house and yard. Just be aware of the electric fence outside that is well marked. No basement access at this time. Guest access Enter at the back door where there is keypad entry. This will be recoded after each guest stay. Other things to note Our home is well taken care of, it’s all been remodeled and is very clean, we expect our guests to treat it with care and respect. We want everyone to enjoy it during their stay. There is to be no smoking on the premises. Please no jumping on the beds or furniture for safety reasons. Small group get together (no more than 10 people total) is fine . Please respect the neighbors and quiet time is 10:00 pm There are blinds in all the windows, except for the 12’ window in the kitchen. The view from the kitchen window is very peaceful and private so we felt there was no need for a window blind. Please use the hand rail when going up and down the stairs to and from the 2nd floor, this is just for everyone’s safety. Again, please no smoking on the premises. This will keep our house clean and fresh for the next guest.
