Family home in Dorado with private jacuzzi

Our accommodation is the best option to spend time with family, groups of friends or if you want a private getaway. We are just 30 minutes from San Juan Airport and 15 minutes from the nearest beach, the "Balneario de Dorado". You can enjoy the peace of nature and at the same time be close to everything. The space 🏡 It's a completely private house with: 🛌 Three bedrooms, (master bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has two full size beds, and third bedroom has two twin size bunk beds). ‼️Important‼️: The third bedroom will be available based on the number of guests added to the reservation. ✅For groups of up to 6, bedrooms 1 and 2 will be available. ❄️ There are three air conditioners, one in each bedroom. 🛁 Two bathrooms, (one of the bathrooms is inside the master bedroom). 🍽️ Two dining rooms, (one with six chairs and the other with four chairs). 👨‍🍳 Fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic necessities to make your stay more comfortable. 🛋️ Hall. 🎬🍿Ideal room for your movie time. 📺 Two TVs, one in the movie room and one in the master bedroom. 🚘Indoor garage inside the property, two spaces available. 🧺 Washer and dryer available completely free during your stay. 📹 Two security cameras, one at the entrance to the property and the other in the side courtyard. Other things to note After 3:00 pm we are flexible with the arrival of our guests since we understand the different situations. But you should keep in mind that if you plan to arrive late at night, you may not have assistance from our team, even though the instructions are very accurate and useful, you are responsible for reading them early for any questions to clarify in time.‼️ ‼️Attention: late check-out will be charged $50 for each additional hour. For “Early check-in” please contact us based on availability. ‼️ 🚨Important note: We have set a base price to be fair to small groups of up to 6 guests. After the 6th guest, there is a fee of $30 for each additional guest per night. Please follow the rules to avoid extra charges.
