A nature lover's dream! In the back yard is a peaceful bayou, so bring your kayak! The bayou leads out to Weeks Bay. Weeks Bay is a refuge for folks who enjoy getting back to nature. The home is located between 2 very unique areas. Fairhope has shopping and a small town ambience, with lots of interesting places located downtown. Approximately 15 minutes away is Foley, which has a wonderful shopping complex - it is calledTanger. Gulf Shores has the beach with white sands and lots of activities. The space The master bedroom has a king bed, and a private bath. There is a huge walk-in closet also. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom is set up as an office. It has a double futon that can be used. Full laundry room with new washer and dryer. Kitchen is well equipped. There is a breakfast nook by the kitchen, as well as a formal dining room, with a 6 chair wood table. A large screened porch is across the back facing the bayou. You can enjoy your morning coffee in the comfortable chairs. Keep and eye out and you might see a heron or cardinal!! There is parking underneath the home.
