On the right is another sitting area equipped with a TV. ☞ Once inside you will see a staircase and chandelier that leads to the upstairs. ☞ Once upstairs you will look left and see a full bath with a great jacuzzi. To the right of the bathroom will be a bedroom that can sleep two. As you move on you will come to the master bedroom which includes another full bathroom. To complete the upstairs there will be two more bedrooms that can sleep two more people per room ☞ Backyard: Screened in porch to gather the family! Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. There is only one water heater with an expansion tank so please remember that when scheduling showers for your group. The master bath shower may take a minute for the water to get hot since the water heater is on the other side of the house. Q: Is early check-in allowed? A: Yes, if the listing was empty the night prior. Otherwise, you can store your luggage on site starting at 12pm upon. (upon request) Q: Is smoking allowed?
