This means you can easily access the building using a secure, unique code that will be provided to you at check-in. Our studios are fully equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, dishes, pots and pans so you can prepare your own meals if you wish. In addition, your studio has an electric shower, air conditioning and fast internet, there is no garage or parking on the property. Some important points: * Starting with the third guest, there is an extra guest fee, which will be included in the total amount of the reservation - > this fee is for the mattress + bed and bath linens to be made available; * Exact address and contact number, only after booking confirmation. * Check out our cancellation policy: Strict cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if at least 14 days prior to the check-in date. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
