Cute Cozy Room in Port Orchard

This cozy and cute private space is close to state parks, Olympic and Mt. Rainer National Parks, Puget Sound, and a ferry ride away from Seattle or Naval Base Kitsap. Our space is ideal for digital nomads, travel nurses, solo travelers, business professionals, military, couples, international students and adventurers. The space Relax in style in our cozy room, located near Bremerton and Seattle. Perfect for shipyard workers, traveling nurses, couples, or outdoor enthusiasts, our home offers a quiet retreat. Enjoy easy access to the Naval Base Kitsap (Bremerton), Bangor Base, and Seattle, while unwinding in comfort and exploring the breathtaking Pacific Northwest. You are renting a room in our home, we live on the property. We have a three-year old golden doodle who loves everyone and will be eager to meet you. Guest access Check-in available between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (early/late check-in needs pre-approval on a case-by-case basis). Guest room, shared bathroom (if there are other guests staying at the same time), and patio. Access to the kitchen and laundry for stays five days or longer. One dedicated parking space on our driveway, with additional free street parking in the neighborhood. This suite is most suitable for 1-2 people. There is another room for rent that can accommodate additional guests and may be booked separately (Spacious Modern Room in PNW). The room is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. There is a full size bed and dedicated work space with WiFi in the room. There is a SmartTV in the room; log in to your tv streaming app and SmartCast your show/movie to the 32" screen. Because of the mild climate (average temps 45-75 degrees) in our area, most homes do not have central air conditioning; however, there is a window air conditioning unit installed during the summer months, a portable fan in the closet, and a space heater can be provided upon request. There is a back deck with a small table and two chairs, as well as outdoor seating and tv on the covered patio on the side of the house.
