Cozy room with creative decor. Family atmosphere, simple but comfortable. 1 single bed, but with room for one more mattress (single), in the case of 2 guests. Wardrobes, clothes rack to hang bags and clothes, extension cords and adapters for outlets, portable fan, shoe rack, books and magazines that can be handled by guests, as long as they are careful. (return after handling/reading). The space Lots of books and poetry, plus a creatively decorated environment. Guest access access to the bathroom, living room, kitchen and laundry room. During your stay Available to help with information and tips on places...you can contact us both in person and through messaging apps when appropriate. Other things to note - "The street" is a bit noisy; - The house has a pump system for water supply. Thus, sometimes it will be necessary to activate this system to supply the internal water tank, thus generating noise during the period of about 40 minutes until it is fully supplied. However, we are careful not to use this system early in the morning or late in the evening; - The shower is only with cold water (it is quite hot in the city). Despite this, if the guest is a little more sensitive to the cold and does not often use the stove for cooking, we will allow them to heat water on the stove; - Unfortunately, we can only provide drinking water for guests staying up to a week; - In addition to me and my brother (who is my co-host), our mother lives in the house, but she is very supportive of our hosting initiative and also helps us with guests; -Family and friends visit the house.
