Unlike anywhere else on the planet, our home is perched just on top of where the Salmon River Estuary meets the Pacific Ocean in Cascade Head, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Our 1940 log cabin has been restored with modern amenities and original charm. 1 - Please remove your shoes when indoors. 2 - Smoking tobacco or marijuana INSIDE is strictly prohibited and if detected, will result in $150 penalty. 3 - Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. 4 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 7am. Please be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times. 5 - Please lock all doors and windows when not at home. 6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150/guest penalty. 7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. 8 - Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly. 9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $10 processing fee. 10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee. 11 - Unauthorized use of extra bed/s or bedroom/s a fine of $75. 12 - $99/per dog fee, max of 2. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. 13 - Please respect check-in and checkout times.
