We are very happy to host you in our pleasant 26 m² studio, completely renovated, located at Résidence le Panoramic B, in the resort of Orcières Merlette 1850. South facing with views of the mountains, and its outdoor terrace. Quiet. 100 m from the slopes and the center of the resort, close to shops. A ski lift is 250 m away to take you directly to the start of the slopes. The space It is equipped for 4 people. - a sofa bed - bunk beds in a separate mountain corner. - Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The kitchen area is equipped with a large capacity fridge with freezer, 2 electric hotplates, dishwasher, oven. - Storage cupboards, essential dishes (filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, microwave kettle + raclette grill, iron, vacuum cleaner...) - Television, wardrobe, south-facing balcony with garden furniture. - At the bottom of the residence is the common parking lot. - A private ski room is available. A free shuttle runs every 20 minutes during the winter season. Its departure is located 50 m from the residence with that of the E.S.F. The resort has 100 km of slopes. You will find a sports complex where you can enjoy its swimming pools, ice rink, bowling alley, cinema, relaxation area... At the top of the resort you will find one of the largest zip lines in Europe. Dog sledding, snowmobiling and a multitude of activities are offered to spend an unforgettable vacation in a beautiful setting, regardless of the seasons, there are always a few things to discover. For linens and towels (bath towels, dish towels...), as well as for baby equipment, we offer a rental service from our concierge: 05- rental services at Le Diamant, Pont du Fossé. A security deposit of €500 will be required for the apartment. Housekeeping is not included, but you can subscribe to the option with our concierge. I am available for any additional information. Guest access To access the studio, you will need to go to our concierge to pick up the keys, from 3 p.m., as well as the sheets and towels if you do not want to be burdened with your own and leave with peace of mind by renting them at 05 Location service, located at the Pont du Fossé. You have access to the entire apartment as well as the ski room.
