The Annexe is situated in the gardens of Cowper lodge, a brick and flint grade 2 listed building. It has been lovingly refurbished a couple of years ago and furnished with mid 20th century furniture with high end fixtures and fittings elsewhere. Upstairs you have one double and one single bed separated by a shared bathroom(bath with shower above). Downstairs you have a sitting room with dining area and a kitchen with a stable door to a private patio. The partridge pub is 3 mins away . The annexe has been lovingly refurbished a couple of years ago and furnished with mid 20th century furniture from the owners collection . The first floor is open plan with 1 double and 1 single bed, separated by a bathroom and a library containing a selection of art and design books. There are Velux windows above each bed with blackout blinds. The bathroom has a bath with shower above , basin and loo . There is separate seating area for each bed and hanging rails , 2 chests of cherry wood drawers if needed . The downstairs has a dining area with 3 chairs , a reading area and a comfy sofa with chairs for you to relax. Here you will find the smart TV and DAB/Bluetooth radio . The kitchen has fitted units with a 2 plate hob , microwave/combi oven with a small fridge with ice box, nespresso machine, toaster and smoothie maker . The Annexe has ample off street parking , with room for 1 car per guest . A locked garage available if required. The garden has various seating areas which are there for you to use . Situated in the south downs national park , the annexe is perfect for all the events at Goodwood, Cowdray park, Chichester festival theatre, West dean gardens and The Wealde and downland museum There is also plenty of local places to have a bite to eat or a beverage.
