Redwood Tiny gives a green, shady, warm and restful atmosphere. The space Redwood Tiny is the newest addition to the parcel. It is one of four units on the property but it is fenced off to where you might not get to interact with other guests on the parcel. It has its own private entrance driveway accessed through an alley. Additional shared parking and private patio can be accessed through the Redwood 583 side as well if that entrance is desired. The home overall gives a peaceful, comfortable, shady vibe. You’ll be surrounded by trees, redwood and new furnishings. The home is mainly divided into two parts. One side including the entrance, AC unit, TV, kitchen, dining area, laundry and pantry. The other side would feature the bathroom, bedroom, closet, TV, drawer, and leads to the back patio via a huge sliding door. The private fenced off patio includes patio furniture, a small coffee table, a water fountain, string lights and outdoor storage. Outdoor water spouts and electrical sockets are located in either side of building. Guest access Guests have complete access to the home, the private front driveway & entrance and private patio. This entire section is enclosed and can be locked as you wish while renting. Other things to note There are a total of 4 rental units on the property.
