This room comes with several amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a 50" TV. The space * Guest(s) will have private access to a private Bed & Bathroom of the house. * The room has a queen-sized bed, refrigerator, microwave, television, desk & chair, loveseat, ceiling fan, and double closet. * You will enjoy the cool beach weather without the need for AC. * K-cup coffees, green tea, and water bottles are compliment. Enjoy!!! * Outdoor table, chairs, umbrella with fresh ocean breeze are free access at your pleasure. Guest access * We respect guests' privacy by providing completely private access to the bed/bathroom and guest's parking on the driveway. * Guests can come and go any time they please. Guest(s) will not share common space inside the house. * Guest Parking: Per city requirement, * Guest must park on the left-side (single-car garage door) of the driveway.
