Bed and breakfast in Sèvremont

Etang Neuf in Sèvremont is located in the heart of the Vendée bocage in the countryside, just 15 minutes from the famous Puy du Fou, 1 hour from the Vendée beaches, 1.5 hours from Futuroscope, 15 minutes from Poupet, 1 hour from Nantes and Angers. We acquired this beautiful property in July 2024. You will enjoy the beautiful setting and tranquility of the place by strolling near the pond or relaxing by the pool. Our house is located in the village and we share the premises. The space Our rooms are labeled "Chambres d'Hôtes Référence", a recognition of the quality of our hospitality and the care taken during your stay. The Marcelle room is located in a quiet village close to the town center. Authentic and comfortable 20m2 room. It is equipped with a double bed of 160cm, a bathroom with toilet, a closet, a table and 2 chairs and a TV. We provide you with a kettle and tea/coffee sharing in the room. Bed and bath linen are included in the reservation. Enjoy a beautiful green space with pond and pool. Beautiful walks from the village are offered to you. Wi-Fi sometimes capricious but disconnection assured. Around, 3 other bed and breakfasts (Marie, Louisette and Victorine) are available to book to share your stay with friends and family. As well as a gîte for 8 people (Le gîte de l'Etang Neuf) and a small gîte for 2/4 people (La Maisonnette d'Hélène). Guest access We appreciate welcoming you and showing you around. For late check-ins, a lockbox is available. Our house is located in the village and we share the premises (swimming pool and green spaces). During your stay I am easily available by text for any inquiries. I always enjoy answering you and providing you with the best advice during your stay. Ingrid :-) Other things to note We also have 2 cottages and 3 other guest rooms in the village: it is therefore possible that you will meet other vacationers, but your access to the room remains entirely private, and calm is guaranteed thanks to the extent of the estate. Sweet breakfast (optional): 🥐 €10/person 🧺 Dropped off at your doorstep for an intimate breakfast ⏰ Between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. (time and place confirmed together the day before) Outdoor heated pool (May → September) ⏱️ Access: in the morning until 12:30 p.m. and in the afternoon from 2 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. 🔒 It can be exceptionally privatized by the owners on a time slot — you will always be notified in advance. 👶 Stay with baby + €5/day/baby (for water and electricity) Please provide their bedding and something to heat their bottle. 💻 Wi-Fi Sometimes a little temperamental... but disconnection is guaranteed 😉 ⚡ Charging station An electric car terminal is 1 km away, near shops.
