Minutes from slopes & restaurants, w/ a universal EV charger & modern amenities. Under 2 hours from DC, it’s the perfect retreat! The space There are 4 spacious bedrooms- each with its own private attached bathroom for extra comfort & privacy! Two bedrooms are on the main floor, 2 bedrooms are in the basement. The bedrooms upstairs are two king beds. The bedroom downstairs has 2 full over full bunk beds, a pull out coach, and the room next door has a queen bed. The couch in basement-living area also pulls out and can be used as a bed. The basement offers a large gathering space & in-door activities like a pool table, foosball, board games, darts and more! There is a stocked kitchen on the main floor providing everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including all cooking supplies like knives, pots, pans, skillets, etc. The basement has a kitchenette for maximum convenience. Enjoy the jacuzzi, hiking trails in the woods, slopes of Bryce Resort or local shopping and dining. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can also visit downtown Mt. Jackson and walk the streets for some shopping & dining! Guest access The entire property is available for your convenience! Other things to note There is a leaf blower in the basement closet. Please feel free to utilize that when the leaves start falling. Extra trash bags are at the bottom of each trash can. Please make sure NOT to dump trash into the outside trash receptacle. All trash MUST be in trash bags. If trash is thrown without a trash bag into the outdoor trash receptacle, a $50 fine will be accessed, as the HOA fines us well.
