Enjoy a stay at this centrally-located home from home, with free, off road parking for three cars. Just a few minutes walk to Central Avenue, where you can make the most of the range of restaurants, cafés and shops on your way to Trent Bridge cricket ground. Nottingham city centre and train station is an easy 10 minute bus / taxi ride away. The house is a fantastic location if you are visiting Nottingham Watersports Centre. The space A south facing, light and bright two bedroom house with a well equipped, modern kitchen-diner and separate, cosy lounge. Free, off street parking for three cars available at the front of the house. The garden is secure and accessed via the dining area. There is a locked gate to the side of the house. Guest access Guests have full access to the property and the garden. There is a travel cot available, if you require this, do please let me know when booking. Other things to note Entry is self check in, via a lock-box. If you require an earlier check in or later check out, do please ask. I will endeavour to make this work for you where I can.
