This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is the upper level of a large 4000 sq ft house, offering incredible panoramic lake views from nearly every room. Step out onto your private, screened-in porch and enjoy breathtaking sunrises, or head down to your large private dock to swim, paddle, and fish. With paddleboards, a fire pit, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, you'll have everything you need for the perfect lake vacation. The space Inside the Home Lakefront Screened-In Porch: This is the reason we bought the property, and it's our guests' favorite feature! The spacious screened porch offers ample seating and an outdoor dining table, all with an incredible view of the lake. A smart TV ensures you can enjoy a movie without ever going back inside. Living Room: A large, comfortable couch and a secondary lounge area provide plenty of space for your group to gather. We just added a working fireplace on a timer for you to snuggle with friends and family. The smart TV is equipped with a variety of apps for your entertainment, and a separate reading nook by the window is the perfect spot to get away from it all. Kitchen & Dining: Our fully-stocked "owner's kitchen" is equipped with a gas range and oven, so you can easily prepare any meal. We’ve paid extra attention to detail to ensure you have everything you need, from coffee and cream to sugar, so you can start relaxing the moment you arrive. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (Master): A spacious king-sized bed, filled with natural light, a walk-in closet, and an in-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a whirlpool jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, and a private washer and dryer for your convenience. Bedroom 2: Features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a large window facing the front of the home, with plenty of natural and overhead light. Bedroom 3: Features a king-sized bed with a lofted twin, along with large beanbag chairs for lounging. Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are large and fully equipped with vanities and tub-showers to ensure all guests feel at home. Outdoor & Lakefront Living Large Private Dock: Easily walk out to your private dock for sunbathing, swimming, and fishing. Water Toys: Explore the serene lake with two kayaks and two paddleboards, available for your use. Life jackets are provided. Backyard Patio: Each unit has its own gas grill, and you may share a smaller charcoal grill with the downstairs unit. The pergola with a backyard swing is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your surroundings. Fire Pit: Gather around the fire pit on the portion of our land that juts out into the lake. We provide firewood and fire starters. Fishing: The lake is stocked with crappie, large mouth bass, blue gill, and catfish. Please note that it is catch-and-release only, with the exception of catfish. Important Notes Access: The house is built on a slope, and several sets of stairs must be used to get down to the lake. The lights will automatically illuminate your path at night. Gas Fireplace: Please note that the gas fireplace is currently non-functional. We are actively working to restore it. Boats: Per our HOA guidelines, powered boats are not allowed to be used by anyone other than the owners, and we are not able to rent or lend out our boat. Il Mercato (5.1 miles): A modern specialty market with gourmet food and coffee. Major Grocery Stores (18-22 miles): Ingles, Publix, Aldi, and Walmart are all within a 20-minute drive. House Rules & Things to Note No parties or events. No smoking inside the home. A fee will be charged if this rule is broken. Pets are allowed for a fee. Please be truthful about bringing pets. Nest Doorbell cameras are on-site. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM (per HOA), with a fee for noise complaints. Parking: Do not park in front of the trash container on the lower driveway. The trash truck will not pick up the trash if they cannot access it. Disclaimer: Guests swim, use the paddleboard and kayak, and fish at their own risk. Life jackets are provided in the shed by the dock. Guest access All of the upstairs and down by the lake. Other things to note You may have to share the lake equipment if another guest books the bottom. You could pay an extra $300 per 3 day period to guarantee no guests are below you.
